Deep-Water

In 2008, we can offer our clients a choice of various kinds of vessel:

Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels. These vessels have deep water capabilites. Designed by our shipbuilder in China, our AHTS is 60 metres in overall length with a beam of 18 metres, a depth of 6 metres and a draft of 4 metres (China State Shipbuilding, the country's largest shipbuilder, is now ranked third in the world, after Hyundai Heavy Industries and Imabari Shipbuilding). AHTS are used in deepwater to install and maintain oil and gas platforms. They are equipped with powerful winches and engines and can easily offer services to retrieve anchors, tow equipment setting and deployment of oil production-related equipment.

Multi Purpose Supply Vessels. These are vessels capable of providing a wide range of maintenance works for oil fields. These vessels use sophisticated techniques such as deepwater handling, dynamic positioning, firefighting and the ability to carry many personnel and large equipment.

Ship Berthing. Responsible for offshore fabrication services and ship conversion and repair, we have established contacts with facilities for dry-docking of vessels up to 5,000DWT and afloat repair of up to 16,000DWT.

Customers are our central concern. Satisfaction is evaluated at a constant basis in the major areas of operations - commitment to new services that are geared to the charterers’ needs and expectations with knowledge of our customers’ problems and a view to understanding, anticipating and satisfying their requirements as comprehensively as possible.

Self-Governance

Based on the basic principles set out in our 'Self Governing' policy, we will be responsible for ascertaining the supervision and suitable implementation of performance on board our vessels and at our vessels' sites on land.
bullet Crew training is an area of essential focus and we will implement customised crew and management training (C-M-T's) based on procedural training modules not excluding the use of computer based training (C-B-T’s) in important areas of competency, safety and personal improvement.
bullet A ‘Self Governing’ culture looks for pockets of strength and weaknesses within its organisation and draws up goals beyond compliance so as to meet regular improvements in key areas of quality such as work-job practices, reliability and integrity.

Our method is Behavioral-Based with emphases in three key components:

  1. Staff: Upgrade skills, knowledge and way of working and work environment
  2. Equipment: Upgrade equipment and facilities
  3. Practices: Upgrade safe working practices and Information and computer technology

Main performance goals are:

  1. Constantly reducing any work related accidents
  2. Zero Lost Time Accidents
  3. Lessening of negative impacts on environment

bullet Procedures Codes:
Procedure Codes are written regulations and standard codes which pertain to all harbour and towage activities and which depicts the duties and methodology of the various crew and staff in the area of operations. They may be more detailed and specific by categorising them as Emergency Plans or Working Manuals.

bullet Contract Instructions:
Contract Instructions are meant to detail a list of operations applicable on land and on board ships based on job contract specifications. They usually include quality, safety and measures to control pollution.
